Recently, Burgan Lawyers assisted a young man in his Public Liability Claim for the psychological injury suffered following extensive bullying and harassment at a private school. It was argued the school knew about the bullying and failed to discharge their duty of care owed to our client to address the bullying. With a good settlement of his claim this young man now has the funds to access treatment as he begins University and looks forward to his brighter future.
